What is the NSLC Online Advisory Panel?

The NSLC created the NSLC Online Advisory Panel to ensure we know what our customers want. The Advisory Panel consists of NSLC customers who are interested in providing their opinions and feedback to the NSLC by participating in online surveys.

By participating in these surveys, you will help the NSLC better understand and meet your needs as a customer. You will have an opportunity to provide us with invaluable feedback on our services and products - feedback which will help us enhance what we offer and potentially develop new offerings.

The panel is sponsored by NSLC and maintained by our research partner, Corporate Research Associates. This panel is being used only to better understand our customers' opinions and needs and participation is completely voluntary. All personal information you provide will be kept confidential and survey responses will be presented in aggregate form only. The information you provide will not be used for sales solicitation.

As an appreciation for your time and contribution, surveys will typically have draws for prizes.

How often should I expect to receive an invitation to a survey?

We respect and appreciate your time and will keep the surveys to a reasonable frequency. We will ask you to complete at most a few surveys per year. We will target surveys based on information from the registration survey so that the surveys you are invited to participate in are most relevant to you.

How do I join?

To join the panel, you can visit www.nslcpanel.com or if you received an email invitation, you can click on the link provided in your invitation email. You must complete the registration survey to see if you qualify for the panel at this time.

Can I unsubscribe once I join?

Participation is completely voluntary and you are free to leave the panel at any time. To unsubscribe, please visit the Advisory Panel website at www.nslcpanel.com and click on the tab marked Leave the Panel. You can also send an email to support@nslcpanel.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

How do I know my privacy is protected?

What if my email address changes?

You can go to the Panel website at www.nslcpanel.com at any time to update your email address.

What if I have questions or need technical assistance?

You can email support@nslcpanel.com or you can visit the NSLC Online Advisory Panel website at www.nslcpanel.com and click on the technical support tab.

What if I am in the middle of a survey and cannot finish?

If you did not complete the survey, you can finish at a later time. Simply enter as you did originally. You can resume taking the survey where you left off. Please note that surveys are generally only available for a limited period. The closing date will typically appear in your invitation email.

How do I make sure that I receive invitations to surveys?

Sometimes email is incorrectly identified as spam. When you receive your original email invitation from the NSLC Online Advisory Panel, be sure to add the address to your contacts. This will ensure the invites come into your inbox. You can also add the addresses invite@nslcpanel.com and support@nslcpanel.com to your contacts manually.

Can more than one person from the same household join?

Yes. However, each email address can only be used once.

How will I know if I have won a prize?
